Western & Southern Financial Group has agreed to sell the assets of Capital Analysts Incorporated (Capital Analysts) to Lincoln Investment Planning, Inc. (Lincoln Investment). Capital Analysts is a full-service broker-dealer and registered investment advisor, providing a diversified platform for independent wealth management advisory firms. Lincoln Investment is a long-standing and well-respected Philadelphia-based firm in a similar business. Both companies have more than 40 years experience in the industry.

Client changes minimal
Capital Analysts clients have been notified of the new ownership, which is expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2012. Clients will notice very few, if any, changes, as they will retain the existing investment options, investment managers and custodians they now have. They will also continue to receive quality service from their current financial advisors. In fact, we are convinced that clients will benefit from the new capabilities of the combined companies.
